You could create a batch script to speed up the process of copying the 'GTA San Andreas User Files' folder to the correct location. If you want it portable, and have the save-games, then just copy the 'GTA San Andreas' directory to a USB-stick/drive, and copy the 'GTA San Andreas User Files' folder.
Everytime I want/need to re-install GTA:SA, I just re-copy that 'original' folder and rename it. After I originally installed GTA:SA, I made a backup of that folder. AFAIK, SLI/Crossfire didn't work with an old game like SA? Only one card was recognized/used?
